When we moved our headquarters to Lancaster, we celebrated our arrival with the opening of the Guilded Tulip gallery. It's now become an ever-changing space that we use for workshops, meetings, exhibitions and what we call 'Guild Stores.'
Unlike our gallery exhibitions, our Guild Stores are set up with a wide selection of crafts grouped together. A wood lamp will be shown on an end table. Pottery with woodworking. There may be several pieces of redware to browse or a container of wooden spoons to flip through. Fraktur paintings, theorems, photography and wall hangings will decorate the walls.
In 2009, we held two store settings (In the Kitchen and Handmade Holiday). For 2010, we have planned three.
