1)     RSVP for your chapter today. Use the online survey.

2)     Complete the 4-minute pre-registration survey. Responses will aid discussion and help further all of our growth. Do it today! The earlier the better please & no later than April 5.

3)     Send the images you want projected during your 3 Minutes of Fame presentation. The earlier the better please & no later than April 5.

 

Open to all Officers of all Chapters, this free retreat will delve into the areas your members want you to know about most. We anticipate a minimum of 4-5 officers attending per chapter. Last year's retreat was attended by 41 officers!  Don't miss this year's opportunity to share and learn from your fellow chapters! A $100 value FREE to you!

10:05   Three Minutes of Fame - Share HOW your Chapter does something best* and learn how other chapters find success!

10:50   Picture This!  Fun, newly-discovered images from 66 years of Guild History 11       Juried Status - A hands-on session from the Standards Committee with benchmark definitions, training, coaching on how to talk to applicants and more.

(30-40 minutes)
 
12:50   Futures Discussion - Long range planning discussion-"Our Guild in 2020"-and open dialogue about Guild and Chapter goals and expectations, as well as tools you can take back to your home chapter.      
2:30     Social Media - Hands on, simplified, step by step instructions you can immediately use to increase the visibility and prestige of your chapter, events and membership. Designed to help all officers-from tech-phobic to savvy.
3:30     Looking Forward-Next steps for the Joint Chapters Committee & More.

 

*Three Minutes of Fame. One or more speakers per chapter. Email us images by April 5 and we'll project them while you speak! No image limit. Then while speaking, you must outline the tips, steps or process of something your chapter does very well-so others can learn from your techniques! Other information welcome! Modeled after the successful CODA sessions. Shepherd's hook at 3 minute bell!  Send images, logo to info@pacrafts.org & be sure to include the chapter's NAME.
