Show off your business with the Guild
You have an event, workshop or show coming up and you’re looking to reach interested craft-makers. Or maybe you have some equipment you’d like to sell. Well, the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen is made up of over 1500 craftsmen, fine artists and craft-lovers. Where do you start? There’s a couple ways to reach our membership.
Three distinct ways to advertise:
WEEKLY EMAIL ADS
Add a short listing in our weekly emails to our membership. Our member email list is roughly 1100 names and goes out on Tuesdays. The deadline to submit items is the prior Friday at noon.

Rates (listings are sent twice)
- Non-member rate is $20 per two-week placement
- Member rate is $10 per two-week placement
Chapters receive one listing per year free. Additional listings are purchased at member rate
Image Upgrade
- A small 50 pixel x 50 pixel images may be included for an additional $10 charge.
Specs
- 4 lines of text (1st line is title, 2nd & 3rd line is description, 4th line is contact info)
- Each line may include up to 15 words for a total of 60 words

ADS ON OUR BLOG
We manage two popular craft blogs, Handmade in PA and the official Pennsylvania Guild blog. Between the two of them have nearly 7,000 unique visitors per month.
Handmade in PA (HiP) – Information & Rates
This blog features emerging and established makers in Pennsylvania with a strong commitment to the handmade craft movement. Weekly features include ’5 Handmade Stops,’ ‘Repurpose, Reuse, Recycle,’ ‘A Day in the Life’ and others. Daily post except Sundays. Over 5,000 unique visitors and 8,000+ pageviews per month with 250+ blog subscribers (email and readers). Ads are monthly and the size is 175 pixels by 175 pixels.

ADS IN OUR SHOW PROGRAMS
Each of our craft shows has a show program, which lists participating artists, demonstrations and other activities. Every couple or individual that attends the show receives one of these programs.
Commercial Rates
- $125 – 2.5″ x 2.5″ square
- $250 – 5.5″ x 2.5″ vertical or horizontal
- $500 – 5.5″ x 5.5″ square
- $850 – back cover (5.5″ x 5.5″)
