Skill Level: Beginner
Design a pendant necklace out of real semi-precious stones. You will learn how to select the proper beading wire for your necklace while attaching a clasp. You will have a basic introductory to wire wrapping techniques that can be applied to a variety of jewelry making.
A materials fee of $29 is included in the tuition. (students must provide their own flat nose pliers, round nose pliers, wire cutters and beading mat.) 

About the Instructor:

Y’vonne Page-Magnus, a native of Philadelphia who has a passion for the Arts. While living in New York she discovered a passion for semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls. Soon after she went to study abroad obtaining a B. A. in Fine Arts from ‘AIU’ London, England. ‘Design Your Own Jewelry’ a bespoke jewelry concession was pitched and launched in both ‘Fenwicks’ of Bond Street and ‘Harrods’ department stores. After returning to Philadelphia Y’vonne began teaching ‘Design Your Own Jewelry’ W O R K S H O P while designing jewelry collections and doing Pop-Ups through-out Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 

The Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen does not provide cash refunds for cancellation of classes unless the class is canceled by the instructor or the Guild. In order to request a withdrawal from a workshop, students must contact the Guild by phone 717-431-8706 or email handmade@pacrafts.org at least 7 days before the class. Students who request a withdrawal at least 7 days prior to the class will receive a 100% tuition class credit.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts.
