- Woodcarved Pumpkins
October 9, 2021
10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Instructor: Barry Miller
Skill Level: Beginner
Join us to carve a stack of pumpkins or single pumpkins for your Halloween decorating! All materials are included in the tuition. We will ensure that you have finished at least one pumpkin prior to leaving class for the day. We will also discuss painting and sealing the carvings.
Basic carving tools will be provided if you are looking to get your feet wet in the carving world. I will also have tools available for purchase if you want to continue after class. Contact Barry at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to class if you are interested in purchasing beginner carving kits. If you already have carving tools then a knife, small v-tool, and a #9 ¼” gouge are all you will need to carve this project. Most of the work can be done with a knife.
All materials will be provided. Kits will be available for students to purchase if they have an interest in carving at home.
